Meditation

Today, the many benefits of meditation are widely known. Every month, new studies and apps appear, further reinforcing what the ancients knew millennia ago.

This is undoubtedly a net positive for the world. However, meditation practices are more than a way to enhance calm, focus, and productivity.

Using the word “practice” for meditation can be misleading. Meditation is the natural state of our true selves, joined inseparably with the whole universe.

By quieting the mind and tapping into this deeper part, we not only facilitate a sense of serenity, but also profound and radical healing.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to meditation. What kind of practice works for you may not work for someone else.

How we approach this aspect of our sessions depends on your personal experience and if you have an established meditation practice.

In most cases, we’ll begin with a simple meditation technique. Then, we’ll build upon this during each returning session.
