I incorporate a variety of healing modalities that supplement spinal energetics. My aim is to guide you, gently and at your own pace, toward transcendence and radical healing.

What is spinal energetics?

Spinal Energetics, created by Dr. Sarah Jane, blends Eastern and Western practices to engage with the spine, nervous system, and energy field, enabling individuals to tap into their inner wisdom for self-healing. It acknowledges beings as energy in various forms—physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and ancestral, interwoven with experiences, stories, and traits.

Utilizing gentle touch or no-touch techniques, it encourages natural movements and sounds, driven by an individual's energy, intuition, and instincts, aiming to release stored tension and narratives in the body. Collaboration with clients fosters self-awareness, targeting resistance or submission patterns hindering well-being.

Drawing from modalities like Network Spinal, Kundalini Activation, Shamanism, and more, it integrates Eastern philosophies (Buddhism, Hinduism, Chinese Medicine) and practices (Yoga, Meditation) for a holistic approach to healing and self-discovery.

Himalayan Yoga & Breathwork

My commitment is of my being, and it is to really give an opportunity to his or her true nature. I do not feel a distinction between me and the student, we are part of the same field.

Himalayan breathwork encompasses my yoga teacher training that I undertook in Rishikesh India under Master Yogi Anand Mehrotra of Sattva Yoga. The pranayama (breathwork) uses ancient kundalini and tantra techniques to help shift your consciousness into a state of freedom and liberation. I start my sessions with these powerful techniques to help guide you into a state of receptiveness. Together, we can then dive into the energetic body with spinal energetics.

Soundscape

During your session with me I will use a variety of instruments including the yidaki (didgeridoo) & handpan to enhance your full body experience.

Meditation

How we approach this aspect of the session depends on your personal experience and if you have an established meditation practice. We will begin with a simple meditation technique which will be built upon during each returning session.
